Associate Provider Communications Specialist

Job Summary

This role is part of the Provider Network Performance department and works with teams across the organization to plan, create and implement communications internally and externally. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor, has experience communicating across multiple digital channels including emails and webinars, is well organized, and can manage multiple projects at a time.

Essential Functions

• Create compelling content across digital channels, including web, email, newsletters, and webinars
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to drive engagement and support key initiatives
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Assist with event, webinar, and meeting content and event management
• Coordinate design and digital projects
• Plan, create and implement communications internally and externally to our provider network

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health communications, public relations, marketing, writing, health care administration or related field
• Preferred: 2 years of communications, public relations, marketing or similar roles
• PREFERRED: 1 year of health care experience
