We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company, then Job Description, responsibilities, qualifications, additional info. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. No Pay, Schedule, Benefits unless stated. The posting does not mention pay, schedule, benefits explicitly. There's mention of flexible working environment, but not explicit benefits. Probably we should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. We can include About the role (maybe from company description). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Skills maybe from qualifications? Could combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. Possibly Skills as part of Qualifications. But we need to follow headings list: we can use About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, social media, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep all substantive information. Let's extract substantive content: Company overview: Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries. Job Description: The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery. Additional Information (some prose): - *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs* - *SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.* - Our inspired people share our vision and mission. We provide a great place to work, where each person has the opportunity and voice to affect change. We want our people to succeed both in work and life. To support this, we promote a healthy, productive, and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance. We should keep that as prose maybe under About the role or a separate section like "Work Environment". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add a section "About the role" that includes company overview and maybe the flexible work environment. Or we could add a section "Additional Information". But the instruction says use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests we should use those headings; we could also use others but likely they expect those. We'll stick to those. We have content for About the role (company overview + purpose). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Could also have Skills (maybe separate from Qualifications). But we can incorporate skills into Qualifications. To avoid thin sections, we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, social media, scam warning, etc. Remove lines about equal opportunity, social media, recruitment fees, etc. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates but not many. Now craft HTML:
