Associate Project Manager

About the role

The Associate Project Manager will support senior project managers in coordinating and advancing projects within the agency. This entry-level remote role contributes by managing project workflows, timelines, budgets, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project progress by routing work for internal and client reviews
• Manage submissions for client, medical, and legal reviews
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and processes from concept to implementation
• Collaborate with creative, technology, strategy, account, and behavioral services teams
• Acquire detailed knowledge of multiple submission platforms
• Prepare creative assets for submission including references and citations
• Maintain electronic job folders and project systems
• Pull weekly project financial reports
• Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings
• Assist senior project managers and the project management team

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
• Effective organizational, prioritization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to follow instructions from senior team members promptly
• Positive collaborator in an innovative work environment

Pay

$58,000—$65,000 USD base salary range, variable based on experience, location, and skills.
