Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Create process maps, project tracking systems, and updated SOPs to streamline team workflows.
• Manage SKU set-ups and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and deliver strategic recommendations to department management.
• Provide dynamic project support to the hiring manager and two internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and adapt quickly to changing daily priorities.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in Business, Biology, Chemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.
• 2+ years of dedicated Project Management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site daily in Carlsbad, CA (flexible standard hours between 7 AM and 5 PM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with biological technologies, cell biology, gene editing, or genetic engineering.
