About the role
KI has an opening for an Associate Project Manager on our KI Installation Services team, based out of our corporate office in Green Bay, WI. This role is responsible for managing and supporting furniture installation projects, warranty work, and field service activities to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, a commitment to quality, and the flexibility to travel to customer sites throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Support furniture installation and service projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, installers, and vendors to keep projects on track.
- Travel to customer sites to assist with installations and resolve field issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings and specifications to support accurate installations.
- Assist with project meetings, site visits, and installation planning activities.
- Conduct quality inspections and help identify and resolve installation deficiencies.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project reports, documentation, and status updates.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in installation coordination, field support, or related work.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $26/hour - $32/hour, with potential variation based on the candidate’s skillset, years of experience, and education.
