Responsibilities
- Drive how work is prioritized, planned, and delivered
- Support project intake, timelines, and workflow processes to ensure alignment and efficiency across the team
- Lead projects from planning through execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables and dependencies
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance quality
- Collaborate with leadership to support broader B2B and B2B2C agency marketing strategies, contributing to initiatives that strengthen agent engagement and deliver on business goals while bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to how work moves forward
Requirements
- Must-have qualifications: High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum five years of related work experience leading or facilitating projects OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of two years related work experience leading or facilitating projects
- Preferred skills: Experience supporting or leading projects with cross-functional teams, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with process improvement approaches, including identifying opportunities, problem solving, and helping develop and test solutions. Experience supporting a sales organization or working in the insurance industry. Familiarity with leveraging AI tools in process and project management for planning and efficiency.

Pay
$67,300 - $89,700/year
Schedule
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be available to work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
