Associate Project Manager
About the role
Your role: Partnering closely with technical and clinical resources to deliver successful customer projects from planning through implementation. Ensuring project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and customer expectations remain aligned while proactively contributing recommendations to improve project outcomes and execution.
Responsibilities
- Owning and managing assigned project activities throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
- Utilizing sound judgment within established processes to maintain compliance, resolve challenges, and support overall project performance.
- Acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, providing both technical and operational support.
- Resolving moderately complex issues, managing customer communications, and helping maintain a positive customer experience through implementation and ongoing project activities.
- Supporting project governance by monitoring performance metrics, identifying risks, documenting issues, and managing change requests.
- Partners with project leadership to develop mitigation strategies, drive continuous improvement, and minimize impacts to project schedules, budgets, and customer commitments.
Requirements
- A clear understanding of project management.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and influence others without authority.
- Experience within the healthcare or medical device field is preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or an equivalent field of study.
- PMP/PMI/ACP certification is a plus.
Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this position.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and exhibits dynamic presentation skills.
Skills
- A clear understanding of project management.

Pay
$65,000 to $103,000 (AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV OR WY)
$68,000 to $108,000 (AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA)
$73,000 to $115,000 (CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ)

This is an field role. Employees are required to work in-person at least 3 days per week for office-based teams.
