About the role
Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Project Manager to join our security business unit.
Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution under the guidance of senior PMs.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and help resolve issues as they arise.
- Assist in identifying project risks early and help develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risk management plans and ensure timely communication of any changes.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Help in preparing reports and presentations for leadership teams.
- Assist senior PMs in identifying areas of improvement in project management processes.
- Participate in post-project reviews to highlight lessons learned and improve future project execution.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to gain knowledge and experience in project management.
- Work closely with senior PMs to gain hands-on experience in a mentorship-driven environment.
Requirements
- 4 Year Degree in business or finance
- Minimum one year of IT experience
Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in project management is a plus
- Preferred but not required experience with: Autotask, Datto RMM, Auvik or Managed Services (MSP) experience a major plus
Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
