Associate Project Manager
About the role
This is a remote role working Eastern Standard Time (EST). We're looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic agency in an entry-level position. You will support our senior Project Managers and above, helping to keep projects moving through the agency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and processes to take projects from concept through to implementation.
- Route work for review according to internal and external processes, including handling submissions for client and medical/legal review.
- Set up meetings and support in managing timelines and budgets.
- Work with all internal departments—creative, technology, strategy, account, and behavioral services—during the life of a project.
- Receive training and develop extensive knowledge of multiple submission platforms.
- Understand assets delivered by the creative team to prepare for submission (references, citations, claims, and coordinating with project teams).
- Maintain electronic job folders based on established procedures.
- Route projects through the agency for review and sign-off via the Ziflow platform per agency process.
- Maintain jobs in the system, including opening and closing projects, updating tasks, and uploading files.
- Pull weekly project financial reports.
- Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings.
- Assist Senior Project Managers and the greater project management team.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $58,000—$65,000 USD. This range may differ based on your experience, skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
