Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Affix with various parts of the project such as constructability review, value engineering, pay app reviews, schedule development, FF&E program development and execution.
- Assist in formulating the design, bid, and project phase of scheduling.
- Affix in the Addenda and Bid process.
- Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct pre-bid and job start meetings.
- Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to Project Manager.
- Under supervision of Project Manager, facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Oversee approvals from applicable government agencies are received and documented.
- Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy.
- Prepares field reporting for review by Project Manager.
- Perform QA/QC process.
- Review change orders for completeness and conformance to company and client standards.
- Review RFIs/Submittals for completeness before distribution to design team.
- Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management.
- Review and maintain As Built drawings.
- Attend work during normal business hours.

Preferred Education And Experience
- Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
