Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Affix with various parts of the project such as constructability review, value engineering, pay app reviews, schedule development, FF&E program development and execution.
  • Assist in formulating the design, bid, and project phase of scheduling.
  • Affix in the Addenda and Bid process.
  • Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct pre-bid and job start meetings.
  • Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to Project Manager.
  • Under supervision of Project Manager, facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Oversee approvals from applicable government agencies are received and documented.
  • Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy.
  • Prepares field reporting for review by Project Manager.
  • Perform QA/QC process.
  • Review change orders for completeness and conformance to company and client standards.
  • Review RFIs/Submittals for completeness before distribution to design team.
  • Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management.
  • Review and maintain As Built drawings.
  • Attend work during normal business hours.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
