Associate Project Manager
About the role
This position is remote with in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Assist or manage job estimating, project budgets, projections and contracts
- Manage project solicitation and negotiations
- Train, mentor, and provide work direction to other project team members
- Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with project scope, budget and timeline
- Act as a liaison to coordinate communication between internal and external members on the project
- Authorize and/or approve all project staff transactions
- Provide direction to planning, scheduling and any applicable engineering functions
- Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals
- Review and approve purchase requisitions, payment approvals; send invoices and change order requests
- Ensure compliance with corporate safety programs and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain a thorough understanding of labor agreements and standards specific to projects
Requirements
- BS in Construction Management or equivalent in job experience, Service experience a plus
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and ensures maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Knowledge of general sitework and utility installation standard practices particularly as they apply to excavation and concrete construction
- 0-3 years construction project management experience
Qualifications
- BS in Construction Management or equivalent in job experience, Service experience a plus

Pay
$65,000 - 88,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Occasional travel required.
