Position Summary

TOGA Technology is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Senior Manager, PMO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure successful project delivery. You will assist with coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, monitoring timelines, and keeping project documentation organized and up to date. Job Requirements

  • Aid the Project Manager in planning and executing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Cook up project tasks, schedules, and cross-team handoffs.
  • Chat with team members, stakeholders, and clients to make sure project requirements are clear and fulfilled.
  • Keep an eye on project timelines and budgets and raise flags for potential delays or risks.
  • Track project progress and give regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Make sure project documentation is accurate, organized, and kept updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Spot risks, handle issues, and document scope changes.
  • Participate in project meetings and share input, next steps, and follow-up items.
  • Help the project team with coordination, communication, and task management to keep things flowing smoothly.

Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of project management or related experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation

  • $45k - $52k per year
  • 16 paid days off and 10 paid holidays per year
