About the role
The successful candidate will support the Advanced Autonomy IPT to accomplish a variety of precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables, metrics, and presentations. They will collaborate across functions to ensure all objectives are met and assist with support of business management meetings and reporting to program leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support the Advanced Autonomy IPT to accomplish a variety of precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables, metrics, and presentations
- Collaborate across functions to ensure all objectives are met
- Assist with support of business management meetings and reporting to program leadership
- Supports coordinating the efforts of proposal teams, including engineers, subcontracts administrators, supplier quality assurance representatives, schedule planners, and cost/material planners
- Conducting or coordinating review of supplier documentation (e.g., technical evaluations of proposals, acceptance test procedures, cost and schedule reports, software version description documents)
- Ability to process data transfers from unclassified to secured areas as required
- Ability to onboard customers for program access to internal / external sites (SharePoint, external teams, confluence, etc.)
- Facilitate Risk, Issue and Opportunity management
- Establish and maintain the Advanced Autonomy IPT strategic rhythm
Requirements
- Associate Project Management (Level 1): Bachelor’s degree with 0 years’ experience in project management, Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data, Active DoD Secret level clearance
- Project Management (Level 2): Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in project management, OR Master’s degree with 0 years’ experience in project management, Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data, Active DoD Secret level clearance

- Bachelor’s degree with 0 years’ experience in project management
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in project management, OR Master’s degree with 0 years’ experience in project management
Skills
- Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Pay
- Associate Project Management (Level 1): $63,000 - $94,600
- Project Management (Level 2): $75,800 - $113,800
