An individual who can partner closely with Account Leadership and Creative to assist the Project Leadership team with internal and external Client meetings and support appropriate Client communication. Responsibilities

• Provide project support across multiple projects and/or books of business with varying timelines and budgets
• Engage in internal and external client meetings and or calls, tracking action items and takeaways, to-do lists
• Provide ongoing status updates to project leader
• Understand and support internal team communication and awareness including timing, budget, revisions, next steps, and other aspects of the Project Management function
• Provide back-up support for Project Management team members as needed
• Understand how to utilize Saatchi & Saatchi X resources, ensuring that proper representation is brought together for work/projects
• Develop collaborative internal relationships across all functions and departments
• Respond quickly to team needs, potential problems, or issues, partnering with project leader and/or appropriate cross-functional team members to proactively solve
• Assist in acquisition of client assets, equity files, stock photography, translations, and similar needs for projects and provide to team to facilitate the work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• 1-3 years of experience
• Data entry speed and accuracy extremely important
• Experience with Aqua/WebVantage, Smartsheets a plus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite expected

Pay

USD $50,065.00 - USD $60,040.00/Annually. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
