About the role

Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join our Project Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions group in the Atlanta, Minneapolis, Denver, or Chicago office.

Responsibilities

• Focus on energy project finance and infrastructure-related mergers and acquisitions matters.
• Handle significant responsibility in drafting primary deal documents.
• Experience in project finance transactions preferred.

Requirements

• 3rd – 7th year Associate.
• Experience in Project Finance or Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Strong background in project finance transactions.
• Able to handle significant responsibility in drafting primary deal documents.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $220,000 - $345,000/yr. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
