Associate Project Coordinator - Temp, 1st Shift

About the role

HME is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator for their 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) position. This role involves supporting on-site technicians during overnight installations and managing project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary remote point of contact for on-site technicians throughout each overnight installation via Microsoft Teams.
• Communicate activity delays and installation issues to Project Leads in a timely manner.
• Ensure installers are checking in and checking out from sites as scheduled.
• Facilitate connection with Technical Support Representatives as needed.
• Escalate issues preventing store opening with a functional audio system to the Project Lead.
• Document preparation and work orders.
• Performs administrative tasks associated with preparing documentation and assigning work orders to the installers.
• Ensures equipment on-time delivery.
• Tracks RMA closures for trade-in equipment.
• Confirms installation dates with technicians and customers.
• Performs administrative tasks associated with reviewing project deliverables.
• Reviews pre- and post-installation photos submitted by technicians for accuracy and compliance with customer standards.
• Updates Master Spreadsheet to ensure project progress.
• Performs all other job responsibilities as assigned.

• Advanced MS Skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Proactive and flexible to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working overnight hours.
• Experience: 1+ years related field.

Pay

The posted pay range, $18.90-$20.43 per hour, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Schedule

This role is available on 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm).
