Schedule

Full time, day shift

Responsibilities

• Liaises with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Coordinates project activities, resources, and information.
• Monitors and tracks project progress and handles any issues that arise.
• Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status to all participants.
• Works with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
• Uses tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensures standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
• Facilitates project meetings and distributes minutes to all project team members.
• Assists in the development and implementation of project strategies and initiatives.
• Provides administrative support as needed.
• Assists in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Grad or Equivalent [Required]

Pay

$21.73 - $40.42 per hour

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law. Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
