Associate, Program Manager - Technology, Transformational Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking a sharp Program Manager to assist in the execution of a strategic joint venture transformation and one of the firm's most significant business and technology transformation initiatives. This is a high-profile role accountable for delivering a large-scale front-to-back platform transformation underpinning a strategic joint venture.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Technology Delivery: Oversee the delivery, integration, migration, and deployment of front-office trading platforms, middle- and back-office systems, risk and finance platforms, data services, and supporting infrastructure required for Day 1 launch.
• Drive accountability across workstream leads to ensure commitments are delivered on schedule.
• Partner across technology, business, control functions (e.g., audit, procurement), and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and launch.
• Executive Communication and Influence: Partner with senior executives to align priorities, resolve challenges, and drive key decisions.
• Provide concise and actionable reporting to Board members and senior executives, creating confidence in program execution and delivery outcomes.
• Manage Risk & Drive Results: Anticipate and address risks, issues, and dependencies before they impact delivery.
• Maintain relentless focus on execution, delivery quality, and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years leading large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Experience with technology modernization, platform integration, migration, and large-scale change.
• Strong understanding of technology delivery, testing, migration, implementation, and operational stabilization.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Global Markets industry experience preferred, particularly Equities.

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
