Overview
The Associate Program Manager, TA Processes designs, documents, and continuously improves core Talent Acquisition workflows to enable consistent execution and an efficient candidate experience. This role partners closely with TA leaders, HR Operations, HRIS, and HR Technology to translate process and system changes into clear standards, interview materials, training resources, and governance routines. The role supports structured selection, assessment integration, and agile ways of working, including TWR, to bring discipline and follow through to enterprise hiring processes.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, job aids, templates, interview guides, and decision logs across TA workflows.
- Own documentation and maintenance of selection process materials, including interview guides, evaluation tools, and supporting artifacts, ensuring alignment with assessment partners and enterprise standards.
- Identify defects related to selection quality, interview consistency, and assessment execution, and partner with stakeholders to implement durable improvements.
- Support systems change translation and readiness by partnering with HRIS and HR Technology teams to support requirements gathering, testing, validation, and rollout readiness for process and system changes impacting Talent Acquisition.
- Develop and maintain training materials and enablement resources supporting TA processes, including structured selection, interview guides, assessment usage, and system related process changes.
- Partner with the assessment team to support consistent interviewer readiness and adoption.
- Run governance routines including agendas, action tracking, and status updates. Support agile delivery practices and TWR based ways of working by maintaining backlogs, tracking sprint commitments, and supporting retrospectives across TA process initiatives.
- Support vendor related processes including POs, invoicing, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 5 years of experience in TA operations, HR operations, process improvement, program coordination, or related roles
- Experience with Workday (e.g., requisitions, reporting, or process administration)
- Strong process orientation and ability to translate complexity into clear guidance
- Comfort working with HRIS and operational teams on process impacting changes
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder coordination and follow through
