$55k–$70k/yrFull-time

About the role

Hazelett Corporation designs and manufactures continuous metal casting equipment used around the world. Our strip-casting machines combine mechanical, electrical, heat transfer, and automation systems to produce materials used in automotive components, aluminum foil, lead-acid batteries, and copper wire and cables. We support our equipment throughout its life cycle, from facility installation design through installation, commissioning, and ongoing field service.

As the Associate Program Manager, you will help plan and coordinate engineering projects from initial requirements through installation and commissioning. This entry-level opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys organizing technical work, communicating across teams, and developing the skills to manage projects that advance Hazelett’s casting technology. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Process teams on industrial equipment projects.

You’ll build your project management skills while learning how custom casting equipment is designed, manufactured, and installed. Working with teams across Hazelett will give you a broad view of our technology and the opportunity to see your coordination efforts take shape in equipment used around the world.
