Associate Program Manager
About the role
As an Associate Program Manager, you will assist in leading account teams that serve as on-site extensions of our clients' HR functions. You will oversee operations, manage P&L, and execute strategies to sustain and grow RCS business while ensuring clients receive high-quality, cost-effective service.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy (20%): Deliver consistent recruiting plans to maintain a talent pipeline aligned with client needs.
- Candidate Selection (20%): Screen and select candidates based on specific job profiles and workforce forecasts.
- Client Relationship Management (20%): Meet daily/weekly with key department contacts to assess business needs, performance, and growth opportunities.
- VMS & Compliance (15%): Utilize VMS technology to manage the PMO office, conduct supplier vetting, and ensure scorecard compliance.
- Revenue Growth (10%): Identify new revenue streams by offering innovative solutions and executing strategic initiatives.
- Operational Excellence (15%): Manage compliance for unemployment, screenings (background/drug), safety, payroll, and I-9s while achieving 100% fulfillment.
Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: Three to five years of business experience, including at least one year in the staffing industry or the client’s specific industry.
- Leadership: Experience providing guidance, leadership, or training to internal employees.

This is a hybrid role in Massachusetts; onsite work with the client is required.
