The University of Mississippi Medical Center seeks an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics - Division of Pulmonary. Responsibilities

• Conduct research in pediatric pulmonary diseases
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
• Participate in clinical care of pediatric patients with pulmonary conditions
• Develop and maintain a strong research program
• Engage in community outreach and public health initiatives

Requirements

• PhD or MD degree in relevant field
• Postdoctoral training in pediatric pulmonary disease research
• Experience in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows
• Track record of peer-reviewed publications
• Ability to secure external funding
