Associate Product Quality
About the role
This position supports day-to-day functions of company’s regulatory, product safety, and supplier compliance programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Support product compliance and quality with applicable U.S. and international regulations, including CPSIA, FDA, REACH, Prop 65, MoCRA, and other product-specific requirements.
- Collect, review, and maintain compliance documentation such as test reports, Certificates of Conformance (COC), SDS/MSDS, ingredient disclosures, and supplier declarations.
- Cook up third-party testing with accredited laboratories (SGS, Intertek, BV, TUV, etc.).
- Maintain compliance databases, trackers, and document repositories.
- Aid with supplier onboarding and compliance assessments.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inquiries.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or related field)
1–3 years of experience in compliance, quality, sourcing support, or regulated consumer products (entry-level candidates with strong organization skills considered)
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of inspection, training, quality auditing and statistics.
Ability to define and understand technical details.
Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Mature, professional and high level of discretion is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Self-motivated, with the ability to complete tasks and duties with limited supervision.

Pay
$48,000 - $52,000
Schedule
100% on-site role, located in Winona, MN office.
