Associate Product Marketing Specialist
Role Summary
The Associate Product Marketing Specialist will provide support for key product initiatives and product launches. This position will help support product positioning, target audience messaging and meaningful claims – bringing a wide variety of marketing collateral (digital, print, store sets, sales tools, events) to life in compelling, memorable ways. A successful Associate Product Marketing Specialist will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing concurrent projects. The Associate Product Marketing Specialist should be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy of product information (copy and visuals) and continuity across the Pella product portfolio by channel and segment. They will work with product management, product marketing, engineering, Pella’s segment teams and internal/external creative teams to ensure that product marketing projects are delivered within established project goals, deadlines and budget.

Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with product marketing and/or digital marketing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of Pella products and market segments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or related field
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
