About the role

Kasasa’s mission is to inspire and elevate community financial institutions to be the source for love and financial wellbeing in their communities. Kasasa employees (Spartans) are passionately dedicated to this mission and lead the way – sharing our “love” with the world – through our words and actions – via community service and outreach. Expect to get involved and make an impact if you expect to be a Spartan. As Spartans once did, we stand together and inspire others to join us in our mission.

This Associate Product Manager role sits within the Product Team that optimizes Kasasa products to ensure client and consumer satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for new product innovation. Operating in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, you’ll have the opportunity to impact multiple products at once, participate in business and portfolio strategy discussions to build product judgment and context, and receive structured training and development that accelerates your path to becoming a well-rounded Product Manager.
