Associate Product Manager - Lifecycle - (Hybrid) - (Non - IT)

PURPOSE

The Associate Product Manager - Lifecycle supports the Product Lifecycle team by researching and providing product analyses and competitive product and pricing trends that impact CareFirst product lines. They work with multiple stakeholders to enhance existing products and mitigate issues related to product operation, distribution, and supply.

Essential Functions

• Supports product lifecycle team by collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market and competitive research.
• Gathers product requirements and aligns them with business goals.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to achieve the product vision and bring ideas to life.
• Works with the Product Manager - Lifecycle throughout the product development life cycle, including developing and writing user stories, analyzing competitive product and pricing trends, engaging with Marketing, and documenting existing products.
• Assists with the development of new product features and product strategies.
• Supports go-to-market strategy for new products; facilitates product releases with operations, pricing, and sales; and educates internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducts market and competitive product research by gathering customer feedback and analyzing the product landscape.
• Maintains revenue and customer satisfaction goals by collaborating with various departments including pricing, operations, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field OR 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of progressive experience in Product Lifecycle and/or Product Management and Development.
• Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs): Highly developed analytical skills, effective communication, relationship building, conflict resolution, negotiation, leadership, innovation, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent customer service skills.

Salary Range

$52,776 - $104,819
