About the Opportunity:The SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER I will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the Admin and Billing experience used by enterprise IT teams and administrators. This role is responsible for aligning product strategy with customer needs and business goals, focusing on subscription management, licensing, governance, and billing processes. The position influences cross-functional teams and drives innovation, including the application of AI to improve customer workflows. Responsibilities:Define vision and strategy based on customer needs, company objectives, and industry practicesAlign strategy and investments with technical and product leadersUnderstand customer purchasing and subscription management processesCollaborate with marketing, sales, and pricing teams on go-to-market strategiesIdentify opportunities to integrate AI into product features responsiblyUse AI tools to support research, prototyping, analysis, and documentationPresent strategy and roadmaps to senior leadershipPartner with research, design, and engineering to deliver quality experiencesUtilize data to guide experimentation and product decisionsLead quantitative experiments and hypothesis testing with relevant teamsCommunicate product status and insights broadlyProduce clear strategy, execution, and requirements documentationBalance strategic and tactical responsibilitiesSupport additional duties as required Requirements:Minimum 5 years of product management experienceProven collaboration with engineering, design, user research, and marketingDemonstrated ability to deliver high-scale, user-focused platformsData-driven approach emphasizing metrics and experimentationExperience with agile development and frequent releasesStrong presentation and communication skillsExperience managing complex B2B or consumer software productsProficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivityJudicious use of AI in product features considering predictability and user trustTechnical background or equivalent experience partnering with engineersExcellent interpersonal skills for cross-team partnerships Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
