Associate Product Manager - Healthcare

About the role

This role owns all aspects of WellSky solution life cycles from inception to delivery, executing WellSky's solution strategy to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and prospects to understand their needs and objectives and represent these items internally across WellSky.
• Contribute to the creation of roadmaps by identifying projects, determining scope, and providing high-level timelines.
• Review simple client requests and translate them into design and requirements that address market needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver features from detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Assist with setting priority for stories or features to be developed in order to meet business objectives.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of healthcare / health IT environment.
• Experience with APIs and 3rd party integrations.
• Experience with data analytics tools, big data, and business intelligence.

Job Expectations

• Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
