Associate - Product Liability Litigation (Atlanta)

About the role

Taft is seeking a mid-level associate for our Class Action & Product Liability Litigation Group with at least three or more years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with mass torts, class action, and product liability.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex product liability matters
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to achieve client objectives
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies

Requirements

• Top academic credentials (top 20% of class from a first-tier law school)
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills

Qualifications

• At least three or more years of experience in product liability litigation
• Experience with mass torts and class actions

Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
