About the role

You'll collaborate closely with partners, clients, and technology teams to deliver efficient, precise, and data-driven legal services. The firm's practice embraces the use of AI to reduce administrative burden and increase your ability to focus on strategic legal judgment and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support Document Drafting & Review: Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings.
• Due Diligence: Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing memos of complex due diligence materials.
• Deal Execution: Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and coordination with counterparties.
• Client Advisory: Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity.
• Collaboration with Tech: Work closely with the technology teams to continue to make the deal process even more efficient using AI.

What Success Looks Like

• 30 Days: Learn firm AI platforms; begin supporting deal teams using AI-enabled review and drafting.
• 60 Days: Independently manage discrete components of deals with AI support.
• 90 Days: Lead AI-augmented workstreams in live transactions, improving efficiency and accuracy in document management and closing processes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of experience in private equity transactions.
• Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.
• No prior AI or technical experience required.

Pay

$270,000 - $410,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills (as uncovered during the interview process), experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed here reflect the base salary only.
