Associate Principal - Telecom

Responsibilities

• Lead small- to mid-scale multi-discipline engineering projects from programming through closeout
• Cultivate client relationships through clear communication and problem-solving
• Guide Designers and junior engineers in document preparation and technical judgment
• Contribute to maintaining discipline documentation and workflows through GitHub
• Identify risks and surface them early to keep projects on track
• Mentor junior staff, providing structured feedback and fostering their professional growth
• Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to improvements in standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in AEC or related professional services with proven discipline-specific capability
• Experience leading portions of mid- to large-size projects and guiding junior team members
• Strong proficiency in software such as Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub
• Familiarity with project delivery workflows and documentation standards
• Industry certifications like RCDD (Telecom/ICT), CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, or PMP are preferred

Pay

$125,000 – $160,000 annually

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
