Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end projects including planning, scoping, resourcing, deliverables, and risk management.
  • Act as the primary interface, setting expectations, providing guidance, and fostering relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Handle SOW creation, contract negotiations, budget management, and project profitability.
  • Afford commercial financial ownership.
  • Assist in RFPs, solution proposals, and demos to secure new business.
  • Deliver commercial excellence by ensuring technical quality, supervising progress, and aligning solutions with Salesforce best practices.
  • Lead and guide technical teams, architects, and developers while coaching junior resources.

Typical Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting, project management, or professional services selling.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and Sales Service Cloud technologies.
  • Consultative selling, Agile methodology, stakeholder management, and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Technology or related field.
