Role Description Job Summary Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of expertise in Native iOS development to lead and drive innovative mobile solutions Job Description Lead the design development and deployment of highquality native iOS applications Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance technical skills and best practices Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in iOS development Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisionmaking Drive continuous improvement in development processes and code quality Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Roles and Responsibilities Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable and maintainable native iOS applicationsLead code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain highquality deliverablesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teamsCollaborate with product managers designers and QA to ensure seamless deliveryIdentify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycleDrive innovation by evaluating and integrating new tools and technologiesManage project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectivesFoster a culture of collaboration knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team Other Details Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
