Role Description

Functional Data Analyst - Marketing Campaign Analytics

Requirements

• 12 Years Experience as Functional Analyst/ Business Analyst with strong focus on Marketing Campaign Analytics
• Proven expertise in campaign performance analysis, customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and ROI tracking
• Strong exposure to Azure data ecosystem, including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse SQL
• Translate business marketing requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and data models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Hand-on experience in data validation, data quality, and analytics lifecycle
• Work closely with data engineering, BI, and product teams for end-to-end delivery
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement elicitation skills
• Knowledge of CRM/marketing tools, such as Salesforce and Adobe, preferred
