Associate Principal - Data Sciences
Responsibilities
- Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends patterns and correlations using SQL and Python
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems and optimize processes
- Build and train deep learning models for tasks such as image recognition natural language processing and recommendation systems
- Apply NLP techniques to extract insights from unstructured text data and develop text-based predictive models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies and algorithms to improve model performance and scalability
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
- Masters or PhD preferred
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Mandatory proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, querying, and analysis
- Expertise in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn
- Deep understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods
- Hand-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts and experience with libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Transformers
- Familiarity with OpenAI technologies and experience implementing solutions using OpenAI APIs and tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
