Associate Principal Consultant

Jade Global, Inc. is seeking an Associate Principal Consultant to assist with CRM and OM system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of CRM and Order Management (OM) systems, including analyzing client systems and specifications to develop customized solutions using SQL Developer and Unix.
• Implement the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the SAFe Agile Framework.
• Provide requirements for RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) development and support for CRM and OM systems such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics Applications, including Order Management, Procurement, Billing, and Invoicing.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, gap analysis, customization, configuration, and testing with a strong understanding of application configuration setups, functionality, and integration of various modules.
• Work extensively on the functional aspects of Interfaces, Conversions, and Customizations of reports.
• Troubleshoot user problems using CRM and OM application setups, system administrator tasks, application functionality, and back-end tables.
• Support custom development in CRM and OM Application Production Environment.
• Perform functional analysis, create functional design documents using the Agile Framework, and oversee the development and delivery of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT position.
• 2 years of experience with:
  • CRM and CRM Billing applications (SAP S4 Order Management Billing System).
  • Development and testing of software applications using Java and Selenium.
  • ServiceNow, Git, Jenkins, Maven, RESTful API, SOAP, HTML, XML, VB.Net, SQL Developer, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, Adobe Marketo.
• In lieu of the above, 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT position will be accepted, with the same 2 years of required technical experience.
