Responsibilities
- Review audits for proper class codes, exposure, specific client requirements, and rule adherence
- Manage a large inventory of audits across various systems and Excel
- Respond to all insured inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Oversee audit quality standards, communication, technical acumen, and service
- Assist with complex audits and special projects
- Report audit results to Senior Management
- Support audit ordering instructions in close coordination with Operations and IT
- Assist Premium Audit processors with audit transactions and statements
- Release completed audits for processing
- Set and achieve high standards of quality and productivity in audit work
Qualifications
- Premium Audit Experience a plus
- Property and Casualty Insurance experience
- General Liability and Workers Compensation expertise a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- California WCIRB Test Audit and dual wage experience a plus
- Knowledge of all states’ Test Audit programs a plus
- Ability to successfully meet customer and company time service standards
- Ability to maintain product quality according to industry standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of self-motivation
