  • Supports day-to-day operational performance of the care center by monitoring workflows, staffing alignment, and operational activities.

  • Maintains scheduling, patient flow, and office processes to support efficient care center operations.
  • Identifies workflow challenges and partners with leadership to implement improvements.
  • Clinical Excellence and Execution
  • Safeguards care center operations that enable providers and care teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Ensures staff follow established workflows that support patients with chronic and complex health needs.
  • Communication
  • Communicates operational updates, expectations, and concerns clearly with staff and providers.
  • Builds collaborative working relationships across care center teams.
  • Leadership
  • Provides day-to-day supervision of administrative and clinical support staff.
  • Leads coaching, accountability, and team engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience supporting operations within a physician office, clinic, or primary care environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Bachelor’s degree may be preferred.
  • Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required depending on location or patient population.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is required.
