How Will You Make An Impact & Requirements
- Oversees daily operations for one or more care centers.
- Learns hiring, onboarding, and performance management for care center staff.
- Manages staffing models, scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Maintains operational performance including access, productivity, and patient flow.
- Monitors operational and quality metrics and supports improvement initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
- Addresses routine operational and patient concerns and escalates complex issues as appropriate.
- PARTNERS WITH PROVIDERS AND CARE TEAMS TO SUPPORT COORDINATED PATIENT CARE.

Key Competencies
- Operational Impact: Supports day-to-day operational performance of the care center by monitoring workflows, staffing alignment, and operational activities. Escalates operational issues that may impact care center performance.
- Efficiency and Workflow Management: Monitors scheduling, patient flow, and office processes to support efficient care center operations. Identifies workflow challenges and partners with leadership to implement improvements.
- Clinical Excellence and Execution: Supports care center operations that enable providers and care teams to deliver high-quality care. Ensures staff follow established workflows that support patients with chronic and complex health needs.
- Communication: Communicates operational updates, expectations, and concerns clearly with staff and providers. Builds collaborative working relationships across care center teams.
- Leadership: Provides day-to-day supervision of administrative and clinical support staff. Leads coaching, accountability, and team engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience supporting operations within a physician office, clinic, or primary care environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Bachelor’s degree may be preferred.
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required depending on location or patient population.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
- Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is required.
Compensation
$73,471.00 to $110,207.00
