Associate Payments Adoption Manager

About the role

Based in or near Morgan Hill, California, this role will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with new or existing customers that are underutilizing the power of Shopmonkey payments for their business. A successful candidate will be well versed in embedded payments processing, and find creative solutions based on each shop’s needs and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Possessing experience in a B2B SaaS and Embedded Payments environment
• Collaborating and leading by example as a team player
• Developing and implementing appropriate plans for shops to help them grow their volume and impact of Shopmonkey Payments for their business
• Becoming an expert in Shopmonkey’s credit card processing for both online and in-person transactions, selling their available card reader terminals, and surrounding fintech solutions that can benefit our shops
• Ensuring all customers are followed up with, assisted, and successful with their use of Shopmonkey Payments
• Maintaining expert knowledge of Shopmonkey’s core and Payments product offerings, the automotive services industry, competition, market happenings, and trends
• Maintaining effective utilization and management of the CRM
• Meting and exceeding monthly quota and daily KPIs

Qualifications

• Experience in the Automotive industry
• Fluency in Spanish

Benefits

This full-time position is compensated at an expected OTE of $80,000. This position is also eligible for equity and standard company benefits. These benefits may vary depending on location outside of the United States and employment status.

Schedule

Hybrid role, with in-office expectations 2 days/week in our Morgan Hill, California office.
