Associate Pastor needed in Harrisonville, MI

About the role

The associate pastor will assist the current pastor in various aspects of the ministry including teaching, preaching, visitation, and soul winning.

Responsibilities

• Teach and preach regularly to the congregation
• Visit and engage with members of the community, particularly focusing on reaching youth and young adults
• Engage in soul-winning activities as needed

Requirements

• A desire and ability to reach the youth and young adults in the local area
• Self-supporting or willing to work a job outside the church
• Willingness to receive some monthly support from the church if available and the Lord provides, contingent upon the church's growth and financial capacity

Qualifications

• Strong biblical knowledge and understanding
• Experience in pastoral care and leadership
• Ability to communicate effectively and inspire others
• Willingness to uphold the church's doctrinal stance on Sovereignty in Election and Human Responsibility
