Associate Pastor needed in Ann Arbor, Michigan

The Associate Pastor will participate in various aspects of ministry, including preaching, teaching, event coordination, and discipleship.

Responsibilities

• Preach and teach regularly to the congregation
• Coordinate events and activities that support the church's mission
• Disciple members and lead small groups
• Develop and implement new ministry initiatives based on personal gifts and interests

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and grow in ministry
• Ability to live in the provided housing with utilities included
• Optional: Ability to do lawncare or have a spouse willing to serve as a part-time church secretary
• Previous experience and training in a related field may be compensated for

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Bible or a related field is preferred
• Sufficient previous experience and training may compensate for the lack of a degree
