About the role

BOS Staffing is seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial Law Firm Partner for a prestigious firm in the Cumming, GA area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, business development acumen, and deep expertise in corporate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment to a respected team recognized for legal excellence and client service.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing a robust Book of Business, leveraging existing client relationships and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation in corporate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment matters.
  • Leading and managing complex legal cases, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other partners and attorneys to strategize and execute comprehensive legal solutions for our clients.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Staying current with legal trends, regulations, and best practices within the relevant areas of law.
  • Participating in firm management and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the firm.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership with a State Bar License.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a Book of Business.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
