About the role
This opportunity is ideal for an orthodontist seeking clinical autonomy, long-term growth, and the opportunity to practice across two established orthodontic offices in one of the Pacific Northwest's most desirable markets. The Associate Orthodontist will provide comprehensive orthodontic care at The Modern Orthodontist in Vancouver, Washington, and Portland Braces in Portland, Oregon, delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences within modern, technology-driven practice environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive orthodontic care at both practices
- Partner closely with leadership and an experienced team to enhance clinical excellence, optimize patient flow, and further develop a thriving, relationship-driven practice culture
- Offer mentorship and support to other associates
- Participate in ongoing clinical development and professional growth
Requirements
- Experienced orthodontist (preferred), open to candidates at all stages of their careers
- Willingness to obtain licensure in the second state to support care across both locations
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and leadership
Qualifications
- Current orthodontic licensure in either Washington or Oregon
- Experience in providing comprehensive orthodontic care
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Skills
