Associate Orthodontist

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Orthodontist to join our established, high-performing practice in Selma, NC. This is a full-time opportunity working 4 days per week in a thriving, established office with an experienced, highly tenured team and a strong patient base. Step into an existing 3–4 column schedule seeing approximately 40–60 patients per day, with the opportunity to continue growing alongside a supportive team and organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of orthodontic experience preferred.
• Confident in treatment planning, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Experience with brackets and Invisalign required.
• TAD placement experience is a plus.
• A true practice builder, mentor, and team leader who values patient relationships and long-term growth.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Schedule

4 days per week.
