Associate or Senior Associate - Intangible Asset Valuation

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry research on comparable companies and M&A transactions, analyze industry dynamics and financial conditions.
• Participate in due diligence, evaluate business plans, and perform financial statement and benchmarking analyses.
• Prepare and review valuation models such as DCF, guideline public company, and transaction methods for accuracy.
• Draft and review reports, proposals, and presentations, and communicate findings to teams and clients.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
• For Senior Associate: Mentor and guide new associates, fostering their development.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in business valuation, financial analysis, and research for Associates; three years for Senior Associates.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Proficiency in MS Office; excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.

• Japanese speaking and writing skills.
