Responsibilities
- Ensure executional excellence and winning results in partnership with the MOD and store team.

- Place the patient/customer 1st and deliver excellent service.

- Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed Patient Service through ensuring staff performs the following Service Process steps:
- Address all patients/customers visual life style needs
- Make eyewear recommendations based on patients/customers' needs
- Explain each step of the eye exam; listen carefully to patients/customers
- Utilize available tools and visual aids to summarize and ensure patients understand each aspect of their vision, eye health, and overall well being
- Communicate effectively with patients the need for annual eye exams. Ensure all patients are appointed in TAB for their next eye exam
- Conduct all services in accordance with protocol and accepted standards of care.
- Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
- Establish a positive Doctor/patient relationship.
- Utilize and leverage effectively all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient/customer experiences.
- Ensure office systems are maintained.
- Maintain State Licensure in good standing and practices to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements.
- Provide effective training and guidance to team members making use of Company provided programs.
- Deliver clear, motivating and constructive feedback in a timely manner to all associates.
- Create a positive culture linked to the corporate culture; identifies what motivates each individual and directs conversations and actions appropriately.
- Encourage associate decision making at the level closest to the patient.
- Maximize partnerships through leadership, participation and involvement.
- Take pride in the appearance of the office.
- Maintain safe working environment for all associates/patients.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology
- Strong communicator and listener
- Problem solving ability
- Solid Organization skills
Pay
Pay Range: $80-$85 per hour

Full-time
