About the role
An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
Responsibilities
- Work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
- Operate under the professional autonomy to care for patients.
- Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
- Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
- Some offices may offer use of the Revolution EHR software and have tech and pre-testing support.
- Manage a flexible schedule including part-time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule.
- Engage in a full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company imposed restrictions or quotas to meet).
- Utilize an automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
Requirements
- Must be an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica).
- Must be willing to work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
- Must be able to provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
- Must be willing to work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
- Must be willing to utilize an automated online appointment book and patient recall system.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid State License to practice Optometry.
- Must have completed residency training in Optometry.
- Must have a strong commitment to providing quality patient care.
- Must be able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Must be willing to operate under the professional autonomy to care for patients.
