About the role

An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Pearle Vision (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. In this private independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the affiliated doctor operates the doctor's office and provides high-quality optometric care to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the subleasing doctor. As an associate of a subleasing doctor, you gain professional autonomy, full scope of practice based on your discretion, flexible scheduling, a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment, and an automated online appointment and patient recall system.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Work within the practice of a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist.
• Maintain professional autonomy and full scope of practice per agreement with the subleasing doctor.
• Utilize the fully furnished office and full suite of OD equipment.
• Manage appointments using the automated online booking and patient recall system.

Pay
