Associate Operator I

About the Role

Net2Source Inc. is a global workforce solutions leader operating in 34 countries with a team of over 5,500. We are seeking an Associate Operator I for a contract position at our Rochester, NY facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic job skills with the oversight of a qualified operator
• Clean and maintain tools and work areas
• Perform basic functions of the work area
• Demonstrate basic math and communication skills
• Maintain an orderly work area
• Manage time effectively
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions precisely
• Adhere to Company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability policies, procedures and values
• Interact and collaborate with peers and supervisors professionally
• Demonstrate willingness to assist others in order to achieve work center goals

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform basic machine adjustments
• Experience in a regulated industry (cGMP, SOPs, audits, etc.)
• Proficiency in computers (email, internet explorer, MS Word, etc.)
• Strong communication skills: reading, writing, and team interaction
• Dependable team player with a "can-do" attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing
• Mechanical aptitude

Work Environment

• Manufacturing, laboratory, or warehouse environment
• Handling of viral and bacterial hazards, potentially hazardous chemicals, and infectious or potentially infectious bodily fluids, tissues, and samples
• Up to 75% of the time: standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible work hours to meet project deadlines

Location: 513 Technology Boulevard, Rochester, NY 14626 (Onsite)
Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $21.75/Hr on W2
Schedule: "Firemen's Rotation": Two 12-hour days (6:00am-6:00pm) followed by two 12-hour nights (6:00pm-6:00am), 4 days on, 3 days off
